SMS and Mobile Communication

If you provide a phone number, we may use it to contact you via phone or text message (SMS) regarding your project inquiry or service updates. We do not share your mobile information or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You may opt-out of text communications at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly.

Third-Party Email Processor

We use Resend as our email delivery service. When you submit the contact form, your data passes through Resend's servers to deliver the message to us. Resend may temporarily store submission data for up to 30 days for delivery and debugging purposes. You can review Resend's privacy policy for more details.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against spam and bot submissions. Turnstile may set a __cf_bm cookie, which is classified as a strictly necessary cookie used solely for security purposes — it does not track your browsing activity. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may collect standard web analytics data such as page views and country-level location as part of its hosting infrastructure. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

Do Not Track (DNT)

Because there is no standard for how "Do Not Track" signals should be handled, our website does not currently respond to DNT browser settings. We do not engage in cross-site tracking of our visitors.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Data Retention

We do not store form submissions in a database. Your data exists only in the delivered email we receive and in Resend's temporary logs (retained for up to 30 days).

Your California Privacy Rights

Under California law, you may request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. As stated above, we do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. You may also contact us to request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you.
